* Dutch nationality
* Ex military
* A minimum of 4 year of active army service in a combat unit
* Able to read, speak and understand basic English
* Experience in a hostile environment. (Preferable)
* Team player
* Able to work alone on a task
* A mature attitude
* No 9 to 5 mentality
